How long does shipping take?

For USA orders, 2-3 business days, unless Overnight service is selected at check-out.*

For International/non-USA orders, 3-5 business days.

 

USA orders shipped to military bases or diplomatic locations (APO/FPO/DPO) can only be sent via USPS.

 

*FedEx Overnight service does NOT deliver on Saturdays/Sundays.

Can I cancel or change my order?

If on this page the tracking info indicates your package has not been picked up by the carrier yet, then contact us to request a cancellation or to change the content of your order.

 

If on this page your package shows to be on its way already, then wait until you receive it, and you can initiate an exchange or return by visiting our Returns Portal.

How can I update the shipping address on my order?

If your shipping address needs to be updated, contact us immediately via our Help Center to request any changes. If your order has not been picked up yet by the carrier, we will gladly help with this update.

 

If the order has already been prepared and picked up and it's on its way to you, please directly contact Customer Support of the indicated carrier, to coordinate any special arrangements or updates to the shipping address with them.

Tracking says delivered but I haven't received it.

We recommend taking these three steps:

 

1. Allow until EOD same day, or 24 hours max. It is very common for carriers to scan/mark packages as "delivered" in advance before the driver/handler makes it for real to the actual address/location of delivery.

 

2. Check surrounding areas and with neighbors.

 

3. Contact directly Customer Support of the corresponding courier service to confirm exact details about the delivery place/time.

What is the return and exchange policy?

We allow returns within 30 days of unused/unworn items. To initiate a return or exchange, you visit directly our portal.
