RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We want you to have the best satisfactory experience with DC2®

If you are not satisfied with your product for any reason, you may exchange or return for store credit or money refund all or part of your order within 30 days of receiving it. We only require that the item has not been used or worn, and that it is returned in its original packaging, condition, unwashed, with all tags and labels attached.

For all USA customers we offer FREE EXCHANGES. For RETURNS, all items are subject to a $6.95 Restocking Fee.

For all international customers, you will be able to initiate a return through our Exchanges & Returns portal, facilitated by our cross-border shipping partner. Utilizing this portal ensures that you will have all necessary paperwork to get your return
through customs and back in the US to be processed at our warehouse.

INITIATE RETURN & EXCHANGES

GENERAL GUIDELINES:

If you need to request an Exchange or initiate a Return use the button provided above. 

If you have any other questions or concerns message us via our CONTACT page or via EMAIL and our Customer Support team will get back to you within 24 business hours. Make sure to whitelist our address and domain (@dc2miami) in your email client/app to ensure our response doesn't end up in your Spam folder and that you receive all communications from us promptly.

All returned items are carefully inspected and if they are not in the same condition as when they were purchased, they will not be eligible for an exchange or refund. Items with sewn labels removed will not be approved for credit or exchange.

Returns of Full-Price items can be processed either as money refunds to the original payment method or for store credit, at your choice.

Returns of Sale or items purchased with a promotional discount applied can be processed only for store credit or as an exchange for another item.

Returns processed as money refunds are subject to restocking fees to be deducted from the amount to be refunded. Restocking fees are not applied to returns that are processed as store credit.

NO RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON UNDERWEAR:

Due to their intimate nature and for hygienic reasons, all Underwear sales are FINAL - returns or exchanges are not accepted on those items.

WORN SWIMWEAR:

THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON WORN SWIMWEAR.

Returns or exchanges on Swimwear items will only be accepted if the item is unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging condition, with all tags and labels attached. Items that are soiled, worn, damaged, or laundered will not be accepted. 

SALE & CLEARANCE ITEMS:

THERE ARE NO RETURNS ON SALE ITEMS OR ITEMS SOLD AT DISCOUNTED PRICES VIA A PROMOTION OR MARKDOWN. 

Sale items and items sold at a discount are FINAL and are not eligible for returns with a refund. They can only be accepted for exchanges or returns with store credit.

THERE ARE NO EXCHANGES OR RETURNS OF ANY KIND ON CLEARANCE or OUTLET ITEMS. All Clearance item sales are FINAL.

DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED ITEMS:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please notify us within 30 days of receiving your merchandise and we will happily exchange the unwashed/unworn item for the same item.

OTHER GUIDELINES FOR RETURNS:

You are responsible for the safe handling of the returned or exchanged item, except when DC2® could have sent an incorrect size or an incorrect or damaged item. We cannot be held responsible for parcels that are lost in transit when being returned - they are the sole responsibility of the customer. 

Shipping fees charged in the orders are non-refundable. All returns or exchanges must be mailed back, preferably providing us with a tracking identification number in some form. Customers outside of the US will be responsible for any extra costs required by exchanges regarding custom fees, duties, and/or taxes related to the order.

* Please note: All applicable promotions, discounts, offers, or coupons that are part of a "Qualifying Purchase" (eg: Free-Shipping or Free-Items, or applied discounts for orders of a certain amount or more) applied at the time of purchase will be factored into the calculation of refunds or store credits. If by returning some items, the retroactive net value of the original order falls below the required amount to qualify for the obtained discount or promotional benefit or free item, the corresponding recalculated charges (equivalent to that of the received discount or price of the free item/s received) will also be deducted from the net amount of the refund or store credit to be processed, on top of restocking fees (or return shipping labels costs) that may apply.

All guidelines as stated on this page apply to returns and exchanges only for DC2® products ordered directly from this web store www.dc2miami.com which is owned and directly managed by Bang Clothes, Corp. For DC2® items ordered via other external marketplaces such as Amazon, Rakuten, Walmart, or eBay, returns or exchanges need to be processed through the respective outlet where the order was placed and are subject to the guidelines and conditions of each of those separate e-commerce channels that operate independently of www.dc2miami.com.

BCC DC2® reserves the right to refuse any return or exchange that does not meet the above requirements. Still we will always go the extra mile and try to accommodate all requests as best as we can to keep all our customers happy and deliver the best experience possible with DC2®.
